CORAL GABLES, Fla. – University of Miami men’s basketball head coach, Jai Lucas has finalized his inaugural season roster. The Canes now have their entire squad intact for the 2025-26 season.
Treyvon Maddox
Maddox is a 6’6 forward from Orlando, Florida.
At Oak Ridge High School last season, he scored 10.1 points per game and averaged 3.8 rebounds. Treyvon Maddox helped lead the Pioneers to a 17-10 record. His best game came against Bishop McNamara on December 19, where he scored 23 points on 10-of-12 shooting. In his senior season, he scored in double figures 12 times while shooting 56 percent from the court and 44 percent from behind the arc.

“Treyvon is a skilled wing that has a high ceiling,” Lucas said. “He’s versatile and athletic and will be able to help us immediately on both sides of the court. I am excited to have him join our team.”
Noam Dovrat
Dovrat is a 6’5 guard from Rishon LeZion, Israel.
Last season, he averaged five points, 2.5 assists, and 1.9 rebounds per game while playing in the Israeli Winner League for Maccabi Urban Ramat Gan and Hapoel Jerusalem. Noam Dovrat helped Hapoel win the Israeli Cup in 2023 and 2024, as well as the 2024 League Cup. He was named the 2020 Israeli Basketball League Premier League Discovery of the Year and MVP in the 2019 FIBA U18 European Championship Division B.

“We are excited to bring Noam to our program as he brings a wealth of playing experience in Israel and in international play,” Lucas said. “He is someone that has the ability to score and facilitate the offense while also using his size and physicality to play and guard multiple positions.”
