MIAMI, FL – For the first time since 2019, FIU and the University of Miami will face off at loanDepot Park, home of the Miami Marlins, but this time in baseball.
The Panthers and Hurricanes will face off in a midweek matchup on Tuesday, March 4 at 7:00 pm.

FIU is currently 6-0 on the season, their best start since the beginning of the Rich Witten era.
As for the Hurricanes, who are coming off a disappointing first season under manager J.D. Arteaga, they are off to a 4-1 start this season, with their only loss coming against the Florida Atlantic Owls.
When the Panthers and Canes last faced off against each other in loadDepot Park, it was a football game where FIU pulled off the 30-24 upset win over Miami.
