Starry To Be Game Sponsor For FIU Men’s Basketball

MIAMI, FL – FIU Athletics has announced that Starry, a soda brand, will be the game sponsor for the men’s basketball game on November 18th against the Howard Bison.

Formerly known as Sierra-Mist, Starry is now one of the biggest named soda brands and has been all around the world sponsoring NCAA basketball as well as the NBA. FIU, a Pepsi school, will be the next stop on the Starry tour.

Before the game, there will be samplings at the concourse on 10×10 cups. Fans will have the opportunity to try the soda before and after the game as well. The exit sample will be the full can of soda to take home.

The giveaway for the night will be 500 Starry-branded rally towels.

Starry’s main event will be the halftime three-point contest. There will be two competitors who will shoot nine three-pointers for a chance to win the “Starry Prize Pack.” Whoever makes more shots wins the competition.
