The Panthers have been adding to their roster with offseason signings. They are looking to improve their 7-6-4 record from this past season. Here is the FIU Women’s Soccer signing tracker, with some of the players that head coach Mat Dunn and his staff have brought on board.

Adria Kitzinger

Kitzinger is a 5’3 forward from Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. She made seven starts in 18 matches last year for Seton Hall, totaling 1,006 minutes, and recording 11 shots on goal out of 23 attempts. Kitzinger was second on the team with four goals and assisted on two goals. As a sophomore in 2024, she made 15 appearances and recorded two shots on goal.

Adria Kitzinger started in 12 of 18 games for the Pirates in 2023, posting 15 shots, 10 on goal, for a total of 803 minutes. She played club soccer for FC Delco ECNL and Steel United. At Ridley High School, Kitzinger was the 2022 PIAA Central League MVP, a two-time First Team All-Central League and First Team All-DelCo selection. She was a four-year letterwinner in soccer, sprinting, and jumping.

Yasmine Decombe

Decombe is a 5’9 defender from Montréal, Canada. At TCU last season, she played in one match, totaling eight minutes. Yasmine Decombe has played club soccer at CF Montréal Academy under coach Fabrice Lassonde.

She was named to the Champion Ligue 1 Québec, Team Canada U15s and U17s, and Team Québec. Decombe was a three-time Student-Athlete of the Year while maintaining an above 90% average throughout her program.

Mya Mills

Mills is a 5’1 midfielder from Castle Rock, Colorado. She started in 10 of 16 matches last season for Charleston. Mya Mills totaled 940 minutes, registering 11 shots and six shots on goal. She scored twice in back-to-back games and tallied an assist.

Tuva Frejd Bark

Bark is a 5’2 forward from Örebro, Sweden. She played for NIU-Fotboll and IFK Hallsberg FK in Sweden. The freshman attended high school at Virginska Gymnasiet.

Kelsi Hart

Hart is a 5’5 midfielder from Sarasota, Florida. She led IMG Academy to a #1 national ranking in 2022 PDS and helped them win the 2022 North Carolina State Final. Hart started in every game as a freshman and sophomore for Providence Day High School. She was also part of the #3-ranked IMG U19 team in the Girls Academy League.

Kelsi Hart was a part of semi-final and quarter-final runs in the national tournament for two consecutive seasons. Her team won the IMG Cup after finishing in the top 2 in the Southeast Conference. She has also played for CSA ECNL and the West Florida Flames Upsl.

Madison Casanova

Casanova is a 5’6 goalkeeper from Miramar, Florida. She is a three-time district champion at Pembroke Pines Charter, where she was a BCAA Scholar Athlete and a BCAA All-Star.

Casanova made the 2026 Miami Herald All-County Second Team after finishing her career with 43 shutouts and the 2025-26 season with 102 saves. Madison Casanova was voted as team captain in high school and played for the Sunrise Soccer Club, winning the 2025 ECNL Regional League Florida Region.

Yuna Miyazaki

Miyazaki is a 5’3 defender from Morioka, Japan. She played on the U16 Japan Women’s National Team, which won the 2024 Montaigu International Tournament. Miyazaki scored a goal during that run. She competed on the U17 Japan Women’s National Team and participated in the 2025 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco. Yuna Miyazaki has also played for Mynavi Sendai Ladies Youth.

Zaniya Gonzague

Gonzague is a 5’7 defender from Sunrise, Florida. As a freshman at Jackson State, she made 13 starts in 18 contests, totaling 1,205 minutes. She played 90-minute games nine times and scored two goals on the season. Eight of her 12 shots were on goal, and she was able to dish out a pair of assists. Her team reached the SWAC regular-season championship and earned a berth in the championship.

Zaniya Gonzague won Defensive MVP and Rookie of the Year for Archbishop McCarthy High School. She played varsity and averaged over 90 minutes per game. Gonzague has played for Sunrise Surf, where she was a DPL national champion and season champion. She was also an ECNL regional season champion and previously played for the Miami FC club.

Rut Sigurdardottir

Sigurdardottir is a 5’7 midfielder from Hafnarfjordur, Iceland. She has played for Haukar FC and Grindavik/Njardvik. In 2024, she won the second division in League C with Haukar FC. Last year, Sigurdardottir started in 16 of 17 games, recording 1,320 minutes while scoring three goals. Rut Sigurdardottir played in a pair of U19 matches for the Iceland National Team.

Madeline Oliver

Oliver is a 5’9 defender from Manchester, England. She attended the Manchester City Football Academy and was previously on loan to West Bromwich Albion F.C. and F.C. Halifax Town. Madeline Oliver won the Country Cup with West Bromwich Albion F.C.

Anja Bacher

Bacher is a 5’8 midfielder from Rudersdorf, Austria. She played for FC Suedburgenland and was promoted to the Austrian Women’s Bundesliga. Anja Bacher is a U19 Austrian National Team call-up and won the state cup in high school.

Brooke Burton

Burton is a 5’5 midfielder from Surrey, England. She played for Brighton & Hove Albion’s Women’s U19 squad. Brooke Burton helped her team win the Nike Cup in 2023 and won the Sports Woman of the Year at Ardingly College.

Mariana Barreto

Barreto is a forward from Valencia, Venezuela. In 2025 as a junior for Central Methodist, she started in 21 games, leading the team in shots (119), shots on goal (65), goals (24), and points (53). She scored six game-winning goals and made five assists. Barreto was selected as the Heart Conference Player of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year.

As a sophomore, she was a two-time Heart Offensive Player of the Week after leading the team with 17 goals and 35 points. During her freshman season, she was the Heart Freshman of the Year and was a Heart First Team All-Conference selection. Marian Barreto scored 16 goals and was tied for the lead with eight assists. Six of those goals were game winners.

Lily Murray

Murray is a goalkeeper from Brighton, England. She started in eight of nine games for Southern Illinois as a freshman, totaling a playing time of 733:15, allowing 11 goals for a 1.35 goals-against average and 0.738 save percentage. Lily Murray led all SIU goalies with a 6-1 record.

She played at the club level for Brighton & Hove Albion, reaching the Sussex Cup Final. Murray was in a Premier League Futures Course and attended Bexhill College during high school. She intends to major in sports and exercise science.

Yuzu Tanida

Tanida is a 5’5 midfielder from Tokyo, Japan. She represented the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Urawa Reds Ladies Youth. Yuzu Tanida has finished third in the Japanese national tournament in the last three seasons. During the 2025 national tournament, she played in each match, getting one assist.

Olivia Friborg

Friborg is a 5’9 defender from Gothenburg, Sweden. She previously played for IFK Gothenburg and BK Häcken, winning gold and silver in the Gothia Cup. Olivia Friborg helped her club get promoted to Elitettan, the second-highest level of Sweden. She has earned 14 caps for her nation at the U15, U16, U17, and U18 levels.

Chiamaka Omeze

Omeze is a 5’6 forward from Brampton, Ontario. She played for Scrosoppi FC OPL 1 Women and was selected for the Provincial Excel program to represent Team Ontario from 2023 to 2025. In the OPDL U17 league in 2025, she was a Gary Miller Charity Shield Finals champion, scoring 19 goals that season.

Chiamaka Omeze was a three-time Soccer MVP and a two-time Junior Athlete of the Year in high school. She has also won Track and Field MVP and the Flag Football MVP. Omeze was a Dallas Cup finalist in 2024 and made the honor roll in each of her four years in high school.

Finja Kappmeier

Kappmeier is a 5’6 midfielder from Büren, Germany. She made five starts in 15 games for Old Dominion as a freshman last season, scoring three goals in 455 minutes of action. She took eight shots, with three of them being on goal (37.5%).

At the club level, Kappmeier competed in the 2. Bundesliga Women league for the Gutersloh women’s team. Finja Kappmeier led them to the U17 Bundesliga west/southwest title in 2022. During the 2024-25 season, she made 25 appearances.

Kiana Dufour

Dufour is a 5’8 forward from Laval, Quebec. As a freshman, she played in one game, totaling 26 minutes for Southern Mississippi. She was an exceptional player for her Canadian club in high school, and she represented the Haitian national teams at the U17 and U20 levels.
